As the namesake of the Greek moon goddess Selene, the selenite wand is said to be the top of its class and is often referred to as "liquid light" thanks to its ability to purify other crystals of its kind. It comes from a crystallized form of the sulfate mineral gypsum, typically found in countries like Japan, Russia, Greece, Poland, and right here in the U.S. of A.

While this method of channeling the spirituality you believe in has gained new levels of popularity over the years, the selenite wand is nothing new and has been used for physical, emotional, and spiritual purposes for quite some time. It can also be waved around a space like a home or an office to discourage negative vibes.
