Lizzo's Viral 'Nature Cereal' Is The Latest Food Trend That Will Have Your Gut Thanking You

"I'm just glad y'all are getting their antioxidants, hydration and energy."

Lizzo

The latest viral food craze on TikTok is a bowl of fruit with fresh coconut water, dubbed "nature's cereal." It all started when a vegan food TikToker, who goes by the name "Natures Food," shared a video filling a bowl with fresh pomegranate, blueberries and blackberries, topped with fresh coconut water. In a video posted in February, he said:

@natures_food

nature's cereal #fruit #fruits #share

"This my friends is what breakfast cereal looks like for me. My number one thing I notice when I eat this is my energy level -- goes through the roof."

From here, our sis Lizzo, who is vegan herself, tried it for her social media to enjoy, and the rest went down in viral food trend history. In her version of the dish, she swapped strawberries in place of blackberries and added ice to make the mix extra cold and crunchy. Captioned:

"It's actually really good, y'all."
@lizzo

🫐🍓🥥 it’s actually really good y’all @natures_food

She posted a follow-up with another bowl of the fruit instead of cereal saying, "I'm addicted."

Of course, the natural course of action, was for the cereal to go up. So, you can thank Lizzo for your social media accounts being flooded with the new craze.

But social media wouldn't be social media without thoughts:

From those that loved it:

To confused by it:

To obsessed:

And Lizzo wouldn't be Lizzo, if she didn't know how to deal with the responses, good and bad.

"I'm just glad y'all are getting their antioxidants, hydration and energy."

Us too, sis. Us too. Let's get these abs, ladies!

Wakanda Forever Shows That Black People Can’t Win In The MCU

*Warning: this piece contains spoilers for Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever*

Wakanda Foreveris in a no-win situation.

The sequel to the Marvel Cinematic Universe juggernaut Black Panther has the monumental task of honoring its fallen king, Chadwick Boseman, and the character he played, T’Challa, all while continuing on the Black Panther mantel, introducing new characters Riri “IronHeart” Williams (who will have her own Disney+ series) and the antihero Namor and his underwater kingdom Talokan.

It’s impossible to do all of these things well in just one movie, though co-writer and director Ryan Coogler’s effort is valiant. The love for Boseman is palpable, and Wakanda Forever gives us the opportunity to mourn him together, just as we celebrated him in community during Black Panther’s 2018 run.

Though I left the theater in tears after both Black Panther and Wakanda Forever, back in 2018 I wasn’t immediately sure why. This time around, it’s much more clear what hurts: Black people can’t win in the MCU.

What To Do If You & Your Partner Have Different Sexual Appetites

What would you do if you had a higher sex drive than your partner? Leave, cheat, suck it up or try to work it out? I received an email from a woman with this very dilemma. She wanted to know how to move forward with what she described as a “sexless marriage.” She and her husband of eight years were not sexually compatible, to say the least, she had a very high sex drive and wanted sex as often as possible while he, on the other hand, was satisfied with sex once or twice a month. In his defense, she stated that this is how he’s always been. She has always been the one who wanted sex more frequently in their relationship.
