It's been more than 48 hours since I left home, and I'm officially stir crazy.

As the most introverted introvert you'll ever meet, you would think that the self-quarantine would be a piece of cake for me. Be that as it may, I am disappointed to say that I've eaten all of the cakes as well as the rest of my self-quarantine snacks. If I don't find a hobby soon, I'll be having sleep for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the next few weeks.

But thanks to our favorite newlyweds, we have all the inspiration we need to get off the couch and back into our daily self-care regimens.

In 2017, Ace Hood and Shelah Marie sat down with xoNecole to reveal the benefits of couples' yoga, and three years later, a recent Instagram post proves that these two still practice what they preach. In lieu of the Coronavirus pandemic, the recently married couple took to social media to remind us of the importance of sticking to your routine in the midst of the chaos, and we are here for all of it.

While many gyms and public spaces for exercise have been temporarily closed, Ace and Shelah are proof that this is the perfect time to get your self-care regimen all the way together.

Along with Ace and Shelah, read how 8 more of your favorite celebrities are practicing social distancing below:

Ciara & Russell Wilson

Name a duo cuter than SiSi and baby Future. I'll wait.

After making the announcement that they would be donating 1 million meals to Food Lifeline, an adorably pregnant Ciara, Russell Wilson, Sienna, and baby Future took some time to work on their TikTok careers while on temporary lockdown.

Tiffany Haddish

What better time than now to give your hair the TLC it so desperately deserves? Tiffany Haddish is taking advantage to level up her locs with a good old-fashioned deep conditioning treatment during this time of isolation.

Lizzo

I didn't know that I needed this 30-minute flute-infused meditation and mantra by our good sis, Lizzo but it's here now, and I can't unhear it.

Jhene Aiko

Jhene Aiko never fails to come through with all of the vibes, and her latest bowl-singing session was no exception.

Debbie Allen

With her virtual dance class, 70-year-old Debbie Allen proved that social distancing isn't an excuse for laziness.

Halle Berry

Whether you rock with audiobooks or paperbacks, according to Halle Berry, you no longer have an excuse not to tackle your must-read list.

Keke Palmer

If you're feeling crafty, Google some recipes and get your master chef on like Keke Palmer.

John Legend & Chrissy Teigen

John Legend came through to uplift our spirits with a quarantine concert that featured Chrissy Teigen, whose chic AF head wrap stole the show.

For many Black women, getting a relaxer was a rite of passage, an inheritance passed down from the generation before us, and perhaps even before her. It marked the transition from Black girlhood to adolescence. Tight coils, twisted plaits, and the clickety-clack of barrettes were traded for chemical perms and the familiar sting of scalp burns.

What Loving Yourself Actually Looks Like

Whitney said it, right? She told us that if we simply learned to love ourselves, what would ultimately happen is, we would achieve the "Greatest Love of All." But y'all, the more time I spend on this planet, the more I come to see that one of the reasons why it's so hard to hit the mark, when it comes to all things love-related, is because you first have to define love in order to know how to do it…right and well.

Personally, I am a Bible follower, so The Love Chapter is certainly a great reference point. Let's go with the Message Version of it today:
