Due to this very Piscean trait, this might be where your bad health habit lies. If you are feeling misaligned or imbalanced emotionally, you likely will feel off physically. It is a proven fact that negativity, and stress lowers your immune system's defense. The energy also suggests that eating comfort food might be a way that you deal with feeling under the weather. Just be sure to munch on more high vibrational foods over unhealthy junk foods. As the saying goes, "You are what you eat." Believe it or not, certain low vibrational foods absolutely affect your mood.
