In today's day and age, it isn't uncommon to see the rhyme "first comes love, then comes marriage, then comes a baby in a baby carriage" take a backseat to people designing a family life that works for them and their timelines.

While some of us would prefer to be married before having babies, life doesn't always go according to plan, and some desires shift as others take center stage as a priority. Recently, Miracle Watts shed light on her desire to be married to her partner Tyler Lepley. For the couple, first came love, then came their baby Xi Lepley, and now the internet personality is making it known that she's more than ready for marriage.

In a recent life update video on her YouTube channel, Miracle answered questions from her audience and gave insight into some life transitions she had been experiencing over the last few years, as well as a dip in motivation that she said she is actively working to overcome. The clip making its rounds on TikTok though is the portion of the video where Miracle answers the question, "Do you see yourself getting married?" To which Miracle replied, "Of course. Of course! I better see myself getting married soon. Soon."

She followed her response with a question of her own, "I have a question. Do y'all think it's disrespectful for a man not to marry a woman after being with her for a certain amount of years if they both agree that marriage is something that they want?" Miracle answered her question, saying:

"I do. I do. I do and we're coming up on that time... You better get it together."

Heard and heard. Miracle made her stance clear on the marriage front and also alluded to the fact that she isn't the hold-up in that regard, but then again, Tyler might not be either if they are on the same page about wanting to be married someday. Either way, consider the pressure applied.

Sis wants to be married and soon in her words.

The couple met on the set of the STARZ series P-Valley and will celebrate four years together this month, so an engagement could very well be underway. Around this time last year, Miracle shared photos of the pair boo'd up on Instagram with a caption that read, "Today we walk into our 3rd year of love and friendship. Its been a rollercoaster, but I’ve always loved a GOOD RIDE lol 👅 🤍 I love this man, this good fine black man!! & when you got something good, you hold onto it!"

One thing that the up-and-coming actress said she is working on in her sit-down video is finding balance with the different priorities in her life.

"I'm working on being a better friend. I feel like I'm finding balance with that and my love life because at one point, I was just really wrapped up in my man -- and I still am. Like whenever he's home, like they already know, 'Y'all going to hear from me way less' and that's just what it is. We have that type of relationship where we like being under each other. We still enjoy each other. That's still my best friend."

"I like to be with my man. That's just how I am," she concluded.

Sergio Hudson On Designing With Intention And Who Gets Left Out Of The Industry

Sergio Hudson dreamt big as a young South Carolina boy staring out of the window of his mom’s Volvo driving down the Ridgeway, South Carolina streets. Those dreams led him to design opulent tailoring that’s been worn by Beyoncé, Queen Latifah, former Vice President Kamala Harris and Forever First Lady Michelle Obama, just to name a few.

Those dreams have come full circle in a new way as he recently collaborated with Volvo for a mini capsule collection suitable for chic and stylish moments this fall. The 40-year-old designer follows a long legacy of fashion aficionados who’ve used their innovation to push the automotive industry forward, including Virgil Abloh, Eddie Bauer, Paul Smith and Jeremy Scott.

Why A Solo Trip To Aruba Was The Nervous System Reset I Needed This Winter

Christmas has always been my favorite holiday. I host every year, from intimate dinner parties to holiday movie nights and even bigger holiday parties for my business. I’m also always the person who encourages others this time of year who are navigating grief, but this year I found myself holding more than I could carry.

2025 was a beautiful year, one marked by growth, travel, and wins I worked hard for, but it also carried profound grief. The day before Thanksgiving, my godfather, who helped raise me and had been a second father to me my entire life, passed away. On the day of his funeral, my grandfather was admitted to the hospital as he began treatment.

6 Signs It's Time To Leave 'It' Behind You In 2026

Y’all know what folks tend to do in the hours leading up to a new year — they make New Year’s Resolutions. And while I’m personally not the biggest fan of those (check out “Forget New Year's Resolutions, Try This Instead.”), what I do like to recommend is taking personal inventory to see what you need to hold on to and what you can stand to actually…let go of.

So, let’s get right into it.
