Drake recently gave Architectural Digest a home tour and sis, let me tell you—my spennanight bag is packed and ready to go.

In images that, frankly, made me feel poor AF, the rapper unveiled his extravagant Toronto mansion, which was expertly designed by luxury home designer, Ferris Rafauli, and it was a lot to process.

The home, which has been a passion project for the 33-year-old "Toosie Slide" rapper for the last six years, is one that Drake hopes will leave a legacy in his city for a very long time:

"Because I was building it in my hometown, I wanted the structure to stand firm for 100 years. I wanted it to have a monumental scale and feel. It will be one of the things I leave behind, so it had to be timeless and strong."

The 50,000 square-foot 19th-century limestone mansion features an in-home studio, a full-sized basketball court, and a two-story closet fully stocked with Birkin bags for his "future wife"; and may we all please have a moment of silence for his 3,200 square-foot bedroom, which is pretty much my apartment. Times two. He told the publication:

"The bedroom is where I come to decompress from the world at the end of the night and where I open my eyes to seize the day. The bed lets you float, the shower lets you escape and gather your thoughts, and the closet makes you want to talk to yourself while you're getting dressed."

The property, which he originally purchased for $6.7 million is now worth more than $100 million dollars and features marble and gold trimmings, antique mirrors, 44-foot high ceilings, a champagne-equipped headboard, and a 4,000-pound marble bathtub that could probably wash your sins away, tbh.

Drake, who said that his "estate" was built with "overwhelming high luxury" in mind, wanted to be clear that his home looks expensive AF… because it is. The Canadian entertainer told AD:

"It's overwhelming high luxury. That message is delivered through the size of the rooms and the materials and details of the floors and the ceilings. I wanted to make sure people can see the work I've put in over the years reflected from every vantage point."

Hmph. Maybe it’s just me, but it seems like there is something really weird happening in the fall season air (because winter doesn’t officially begin until December 21) that cuddle season is in full swing while break-up season is as well. In fact, did you know that break-ups are so popular during the holiday season that December 11 is deemed Break-Up Day?

The reasons why relationships shift around this time vary; however, I did both roll my eyes and chuckle when I read that a very popular one is because it’s an easy way to get out of getting one’s significant other a Christmas present. SMDH.

Geeze. Can you believe that we are just a few days out from another Christmas? Yeah, me neither. In fact, because I’m not a holidays person myself (check out “So, What If You Don't Observe Holidays?”), it wasn’t until one of my clients was venting about how stressed out she was due to all of the holiday season procrastinating that she had been doing that I realized just how fast December is actually flying by.

If, like her, you’re feeling frazzled because, although you told yourself last year that you weren’t going to wait until the last minute to “handle your business,” you ended up doing exactly that, fret not. I’ve got 10 tips that can keep you from making emotionally-triggered decisions as far as your financial expenses are concerned. Merry Christmas. #wink
