What a time to be alive!

Today's fashion world is finally starting to embrace the curves of women of different shapes and sizes slowly but surely and it is long overdue. Usually, when you visit a local mall you will have a significantly more difficult time if you need a size beyond a large, but don't fret. There are now plentiful resources for you to secure the bag (of clothes) and slay.

Life is a lot more positive when your focus is to embrace who you are, instead of making your main focus to fit into more traditional sizes.

I'd like to introduce you to some millennial plus-size/curvy fashion bloggers who serve as an example of how to fearlessly live life and to embrace your size in an industry that is not largely inclusive of your curves and will help you to embrace the masterpiece that you are.

Essie: The Mecca

Founded by influencer, designer, and body positivity advocate @essiegolden, this page is designed for every single woman to get her life! Every shape, every size, every color, and every ability is displayed on her page to guide us all to be confident. Each post will direct you to a different fashionista, where you will be able to navigate and find, at the very least, a new inclusive retailer and, at the very most, a new girl crush!

If you do not identify with being plus-sized or curvy, these pages still serve as great point of reference for today's styles and fashion trends. If you do identify with being plus-sized it is time to stop holding back and be the curvy and beautiful woman that you are.

Take notes on women who have similar shapes that you have, how they work it, and then you go work it! The universe is waiting.

Sergio Hudson On Designing With Intention And Who Gets Left Out Of The Industry

Sergio Hudson dreamt big as a young South Carolina boy staring out of the window of his mom’s Volvo driving down the Ridgeway, South Carolina streets. Those dreams led him to design opulent tailoring that’s been worn by Beyoncé, Queen Latifah, former Vice President Kamala Harris and Forever First Lady Michelle Obama, just to name a few.

Those dreams have come full circle in a new way as he recently collaborated with Volvo for a mini capsule collection suitable for chic and stylish moments this fall. The 40-year-old designer follows a long legacy of fashion aficionados who’ve used their innovation to push the automotive industry forward, including Virgil Abloh, Eddie Bauer, Paul Smith and Jeremy Scott.

What Loving Yourself Actually Looks Like

Whitney said it, right? She told us that if we simply learned to love ourselves, what would ultimately happen is, we would achieve the "Greatest Love of All." But y'all, the more time I spend on this planet, the more I come to see that one of the reasons why it's so hard to hit the mark, when it comes to all things love-related, is because you first have to define love in order to know how to do it…right and well.

Personally, I am a Bible follower, so The Love Chapter is certainly a great reference point. Let's go with the Message Version of it today:
