Tracee Ellis Ross's Pattern Beauty has had us singing its praises since it debuted its haircare products six years ago. Now, the brand has expanded into another section of beauty, body care, with the recently launched Pattern Body. Tracee made the exciting announcement last month in an Instagram Reel. "Juicy and joyful hydration for hair and now body," she said in the video.

The body care products include: moisturizing body wash, a lightweight nourishing body oil, dry exfoliating body scrub, hydrating body lotion, and moisture-rich body cream. "Each of these products is anchored in my personal routine," she told Harper's Bazaar. "When using these formulas, I want people to feel hydrated, radiant, and glowy. But mostly I want people to feel like themselves. I want you to be able to use these products and remember who you are."

Speaking to ELLE, the Girlfriends star opened up about the launch and shared her skincare secrets. "Scrub, hydrate, and love it," she said. "I want that skin to pop, glow, and look like an expression and reflection of your soul!"

With products ranging from $32 to $36, check out Pattern Beauty's new Pattern Body collection below:

Because We Are Still IT, Girl: It Girl 100 Returns

Last year, when our xoNecole team dropped our inaugural It Girl 100 honoree list, the world felt, ahem, a bit brighter.

It was March 2024, and we still had a Black woman as the Vice President of the United States. DEI rollbacks weren’t being tossed around like confetti. And more than 300,000 Black women were still gainfully employed in the workforce.

At the time, we launched It Girl 100 to spotlight the huge motion we were making as dope, GenZennial Black women leaving our mark on culture. The girls were on the rise, flourishing, drinking their water, minding their business, leading companies, and learning to do it all softly, in rest. We wanted to celebrate that momentum—because we love that for us.
