June is an interesting month as the heavens push us to communicate with vulnerability and honesty while also holding onto our idealism. The energy is nearly chaotic as it ebbs and flows, sometimes highly emotional and passionate, and at other times completely cerebral and detached.

It's a dizzying and sometimes confusing blend of energy that's tricky to get a hold of. But regardless of whether or not you can make sense of everything that's swirling about, the key is to act on what feels right to you and you alone, even if it looks strange to others. Mars the planet of action and drive is in the revolutionary sign of Aquarius and on June 27, he turns retrograde, allowing us to review how willing we've been to march to the beat of our own drum and how brave we feel about standing in our own uniqueness even if we're misunderstood.

The axis of Leo - Aquarius reminds us everyone in the collective gets to shine, and that without our willingness to stand out and be different, progress comes to a standstill. This month, challenge yourself to be in the chaotic mix and respond to in ways that feel authentic and true to you regardless of what's expected. In doing so, you'll see exactly what you're made of and how far you can go despite what the world may tell you. Click through the gallery below to learn what June has in store for your love, health, and career according to your zodiac sign:

Pisces

Take a knee Pisces. With all the activity and rushing about that took place during the first half of the year, you deserve a break. Your Health improves when you take a moment to slow down and enjoy the quieter side of life at home. The New Moon in the 13th will encourage to clean up your home and make it a refuge that you can enjoy when all you want to do is cozy up with a good book and a cup of tea before shutting out the world. You won't be a homebody forever, Love is in play when Mercury and the Sun will energize your house of Romance and Creativity on the 12th and 21st, encouraging you to go out and get into mischief with others who are interested your mystifying energy.

The Full Moon in the 28th will point out whether your core group of friends are on the same page as you when it comes to your Hopes and Wishes for the future and if they encourage you to create the life that you've always dreamed of. If they don't, it may be time to say goodbye to them and any behaviors that keeps you from tapping into your creative potential. Career gets to hit the pause button this month as you redirect your energy towards self care and pleasure, take care of you first, gain some perspective on what you want to go after and the energy will appear when you need it to go after your more worldly ambitions.

A 5-Year Healing Journey Taught Me How To Choose Myself

They say you can’t heal in the same place that made you sick. And I couldn’t.

The year was 2019, and I knew I had to go. My spirit was calling me to be alone and to go alone. It was required in that season. A few months prior, I had quit my job. And it was late 2017 when I had met trauma.

Sergio Hudson On Designing With Intention And Who Gets Left Out Of The Industry

Sergio Hudson dreamt big as a young South Carolina boy staring out of the window of his mom’s Volvo driving down the Ridgeway, South Carolina streets. Those dreams led him to design opulent tailoring that’s been worn by Beyoncé, Queen Latifah, former Vice President Kamala Harris and Forever First Lady Michelle Obama, just to name a few.

Those dreams have come full circle in a new way as he recently collaborated with Volvo for a mini capsule collection suitable for chic and stylish moments this fall. The 40-year-old designer follows a long legacy of fashion aficionados who’ve used their innovation to push the automotive industry forward, including Virgil Abloh, Eddie Bauer, Paul Smith and Jeremy Scott.

What Loving Yourself Actually Looks Like

Whitney said it, right? She told us that if we simply learned to love ourselves, what would ultimately happen is, we would achieve the "Greatest Love of All." But y'all, the more time I spend on this planet, the more I come to see that one of the reasons why it's so hard to hit the mark, when it comes to all things love-related, is because you first have to define love in order to know how to do it…right and well.

Personally, I am a Bible follower, so The Love Chapter is certainly a great reference point. Let's go with the Message Version of it today:
