Married Couples: These 6 DIY Recipes Will Take Your Sex Life To The Next Level

It seems like not a day goes by when I don't read an article, a tweet, something about how marriage is becoming obsolete or singles (mostly single men) are scared to get married because they think it will tank their sex life.

Meanwhile, there are countless articles supporting that married sex is the best sex around (if you're in a healthy and happy relationship, that is). As a marriage life coach, I can personally vouch for that. Married folks are some of the FREAKIEST PEOPLE I know. (I mean, nast-ay!)

In honor of those who love their spouse and having sex with them as much as possible, I wanted to provide some DIY recipes that will help to keep things H-O-T in the bedroom (or wherever y'all do-the-do). These are inexpensive, easy to make, and perfect as Christmas stocking stuffers, romantic staycations or simply a way to try something new tonight:

1.Edible Honey-Vanilla Massage Oil.

Recipe:

1/2 Cup of Food Grade Vegetable Glycerin

1/2 Teaspoon of Raw Honey

1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Aside from a massage being one of the most effective ways to touch on all of your partner's erogenous zones during foreplay, it has a ton of health benefits too. For starters, massages relieve stress, increase blood circulation, soothe sore muscles and joints, remove toxins and improve one's quality of sleep.

If you want to surprise your spouse with a massage, all you need to do is mix all of these ingredients together with a whisk and put them in a plastic bottle (the kind that you can put in the microwave); one that comes with the kind of lid that you can squeeze the contents out of.

Whenever you're ready to use it (there's no real need to refrigerate this by the way; honey never goes bad), pop the bottle in the microwave for 5-7 seconds and you're good to go!
