Halle Berry is aging like fine wine, if at all, and we finally got the 411 on how she pulls it off.

Though the actress is 51, she has the energy of a 25-year-old when it comes to physical activity and we are reminded of that by her Instagram every week for #FitnessFriday.

The slayage does not stop with her physique, as her flawless skin grabs your attention on the red carpet or even in her latest selfie. xoNecole has the scoop on how she achieves her glow:

Halle Meditates For At Least 10 Minutes Every Day

Put your debit card away sis, because this tip is free $.99.

So many of us overlook how much being at peace within helps you glow externally, however, meditation is one of the main ingredients of the star's wellness routine:

"Once I'm able to clear my mind, I start to repeat whatever mantra I have for the day or I simply listen to the thoughts that come to me. Many yogis believe this is the time to hear the messages from your higher self, your higher power, the universe, Mother Earth or God! I let them wash over me, absorbing all that comes up. When I'm done, I have ultimate clarity and I feel at peace."

Though you may not be able to make plans to fly off to India at the moment, free apps like Headspace and Breathe will help you get on your way to making meditation a part of your everyday life.

She Indulges In At-Home Facials

Halle shows us that you don't have to wait for the weekend to indulge in some self-care, with her most recent "Treat Ya Self Tuesday" post, where she shares a photo of herself enjoying a face mask:

"When in doubt, face masks are EVERYTHING."

She uses Olga Lorencin's Ageless Facial in a Box, which is a two-night system that starts with a cream peel to exfoliate and replenish and finishes with a hydrating sleep mask. Her routine gives a new meaning to "I woke up like this", and this product might very well be splurge-worthy.

Halle Opts For The Dewy Look

The beautiful thing about brown skin of all hues is when it is well moisturized, it looks as soft as butter. That's why Halle makes sure to finish her makeup routine by spraying Jurlique's Rose Moisture Plus Rosewater Balancing Mist. She also uses this product on days where she decides not to wear makeup, but still wants to flaunt healthy and vibrant skin. Halle shares to Conde Nast Traveller:

"I think that women always look better, no matter what age they are when their skin is a little dewy and not too powdery."

With many other tricks and tips such as her daily workout regimen, clean eating, and dietary supplements like collagen protein, Halle shows us that beauty is indeed an inside job.

Sergio Hudson On Designing With Intention And Who Gets Left Out Of The Industry

Sergio Hudson dreamt big as a young South Carolina boy staring out of the window of his mom’s Volvo driving down the Ridgeway, South Carolina streets. What Loving Yourself Actually Looks Like

Whitney said it, right? She told us that if we simply learned to love ourselves, what would ultimately happen is, we would achieve the "Greatest Love of All." But y'all, the more time I spend on this planet, the more I come to see that one of the reasons why it's so hard to hit the mark, when it comes to all things love-related, is because you first have to define love in order to know how to do it…right and well.

Personally, I am a Bible follower, so The Love Chapter is certainly a great reference point. Let's go with the Message Version of it today:
