After years of prioritizing her career, Meagan Good is now ready to have a family. The Harlem actress, who reportedly married Jonathan Majors in March, opened up about her decision during her recent appearance on Sway's Universe.

When asked why now, she replied, "A lot of things. One, I just, I really love doing life with Jonathan. And that's not a comparison to anything else. He's just my best friend, and we just have so much fun together and we just love to experience life in the same way. So I don't want to just be like a mom that stays at home with the kid or even that goes and does her career."

She continued, "I want to be a family that travels together and learns together and grows together and experiences things together, walking through wherever with our kids strapped to our fronts and our back."

Meagan and Jonathan met in 2022 and revealed they were engaged on the red carpet of the Ebony Power 100 event in 2024. Before the Creed III actor, Meagan was married to Hollywood producer and pastor DeVon Franklin.

"Then, I also think I'm older now, I'm in a different place in life. I'm a lot more settled and part of that is just personal growth, and then a big part of that is Jonathan," she added.

"I'm just so-- content's not even the word you know--and so it feels I think for a long time, it was that feeling of like what am I giving up to become a parent right now and now I just don't feel like I'm giving anything up. I feel like it's just adds to my life and adds to our life and so it's something I'm really, really excited about and really excited to do it."

This isn't the first time the Tyler Perry's Divorce in the Black star talked about having kids. While appearing on Scott Evans' House Guest, she revealed that she was once against having kids, and now she wants two.

“I know I want to be a mom. Even now, I’m just super ready because I think there was a fear that life would turn into Groundhog’s Day,” she said. Jonathan has a 11-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.

December is about letting go. We end the year with the need for more peace, reflection, and rejuvenation, and that is exactly what December is providing for us. The Sun is in Sagittarius, and anything is possible. This is the month to believe in that and to know that the universe is supporting you. With a Supermoon in Gemini as we begin the month as well, we have an opportunity to gain the closure we have been looking for this year and to wrap up old projects, ideas, and communication breakthroughs.

This is the month to make your peace the priority and let go of trying to control the way the tides are turning. Trust in your new beginning, and give yourself time to prepare for it this month.

Do You Expect Others To Read Your Mind? Here's The Problem With That.

Omniscience. If someone were to offer you $100 right this second for the definition of that word, could you immediately provide it? If you’re not sure, basically omniscience is about being able to know everything — and to those who believe in God, only he is given that honor. For those who believe in Satan? Not even he is omniscient (as much as he would like people to think otherwise).

Sometimes, it might feel that otherwise because some beings and even people are truly masterful when it comes to reading body language, observing patterns, and picking up on cues. Still, no matter how much it might seem like someone can read someone else’s mind, they can’t. It is literally impossible — and I will briefly expound on that in just a moment.
