Who says traveling with kids can be an inconvenience? While social media highlights baddies going on girls’ trips and attractive couples going on baecations, very rarely do we see people taking their kids on fun and fabulous vacations. In fact, having kids gets a bad rap as some people believe that once you start having kids, the flight life no longer exists. However, these parents' social media pages say otherwise.

While it may seem like a daunting task, having your kids travel at a young age helps them with their development. According to Travel + Leisure, traveling makes kids more adaptable in situations, empathetic toward other cultures, and helps them linguistically.

Global education specialist Dr. Robin Hancock explained the positive effects of having your kids travel. “They're going to start learning the tools for developing meaningful relationships, especially across differences, from an early age,” he told Travel + Leisure. “Travel has the potential to create a new narrative that teaches children about the similarities with others [and] lays a strong foundation, especially in the early years...We have the potential to raise a generation that knows how to live and coexist with each other.”

Sierra Red is a travel industry expert and she shares photos and videos of her family vacations with her husband and son.

Cee and Mea

Cee and Mea along with their son are currently on a “family gap year,” which they described simply as long-term travel.

Monet Hambrick

According to Monet Hambrick’s Instagram bio, “if kids live there, kids can visit.” Monet’s social media page shows her family going on multiple luxurious vacations.

Tash Haynes

Tash Haynes is a Seattle blogger who frequently posts adorable moments of her family, which often includes traveling.

Onyi

Mom and lifestyle blogger Onyi is a wife and mother of two boys. She often shares cute photos of the family wearing matching outfits.
