Ever since Megan Thee Stallion introduced us to the phrase “hot girl summer” a few years ago, the girlies have taken it and run with it. Having a hot girl summer usually includes going out with your friends, day or night, driving the boat, twerking, driving the boys crazy, and just being a carefree Black girl.

Alongside Megan, several other women that many fans saw as an example of that lifestyle were Saweetie, Yung Miami, and many more. However, it now appears that the hot girls are all boo’d up.

Christmas has always been my favorite holiday. I host every year, from intimate dinner parties to holiday movie nights and even bigger holiday parties for my business. 2025 was a beautiful year, one marked by growth, travel, and wins I worked hard for, but it also carried profound grief.
