And if you’re looking to take your summer drink menu up a few notches, we’ve dropped the perfect recipe for your to recreate the classic Aperol Spritz on your own!

Classic Aperol Spritz Recipe

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 3 parts Prosecco (chilled)
  • 2 parts Aperol liquer
  • 1 splash of soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange slice (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Take a large wine glass and fill it with ice cubes.
  2. Pour 3 parts of chilled Prosecco into the glass.
  3. Add 2 parts of Aperol to the glass.
  4. Give the mixture a gentle stir with a long spoon or a cocktail stirrer to combine the Prosecco and Aperol.
  5. Add a splash of soda water to the glass. This helps to lighten the cocktail and adds a refreshing fizziness.
