When I get with my girlfriends, there is no subject that is off limits and the minute that I feel there is, I might just have to find some new girls to call my friends. Seriously though, when we come together, we're passing around rubber dicks and showing our best moves for the bedroom off if the Henny hits us hard enough. Hell, I've taken nude pics for my friend because that's what a real sisterhood looks like.

This is now and this has been the case since I began thinking about sex way back when. And, it's one of the first ways I began to challenge notions of sexuality -- by having these dick dialogues with my friends. It's how I discovered that my pussy didn't have to be hairy and it's how I coach myself through riding new dick.

Suffice to say, I choose my podcast like I choose my friends: authentically raw, laughable, and entertaining.

I have my official podcast that I tune into for inspo, emotional support, and a variety of real talk. So I got myself a roster of sex podcast. And you know what? They're all hosted by women of color, so you know it's lit!

Why A Solo Trip To Aruba Was The Nervous System Reset I Needed This Winter

Christmas has always been my favorite holiday. I host every year, from intimate dinner parties to holiday movie nights and even bigger holiday parties for my business. I’m also always the person who encourages others this time of year who are navigating grief, but this year I found myself holding more than I could carry.

2025 was a beautiful year, one marked by growth, travel, and wins I worked hard for, but it also carried profound grief. The day before Thanksgiving, my godfather, who helped raise me and had been a second father to me my entire life, passed away. On the day of his funeral, my grandfather was admitted to the hospital as he began treatment.

And while I’m personally not the biggest fan of those (check out “Forget New Year's Resolutions, Try This Instead.”), what I do like to recommend is taking personal inventory to see what you need to hold on to and what you can stand to actually…let go of.

So, let’s get right into it.
