Watch: Rome Flynn Doesn't Want A Woman Who Has It All Together

When I was little, my mom would sometimes buy my clothes a little too big so that I could "grow into them", and it's only now, as a grown-up with adult money, that I understand that her logic applies to relationships, too.

Designing the life of your dreams means developing connections that leave room for you to grow and that's exactly why professional heartthrob and star of ABC's How To Get Away with Murder,Rome Flynn doesn't want a woman who already has it all together. In an intimate conversation with Dana Blair on xoNecole's xoMan Monday, Rome explained, "You gotta want to get somewhere with somebody. I don't want anybody who's already got everything. You got it all figured out, then there ain't nothing I can do for you. If you already feel like you have everything figured out and you have everything in front of you, that means you don't have me visualized in that."

Part of Rome's theory, he explained, stems from the Law Of Attraction. According to the 28-year-old actor, empty mouths don't get fed and hearts that aren't open to grow and receive love can miss out on meaningful connections. He continued:

"If you meet someone and they have their life mapped out, and they feel like they're on the path and doing it already, and here you come, there's gonna be a friction there. In the universe, you weren't planned out to be part of it, so there's gonna be some things that have to change cause of that and I think that's the tricky part about it if you try to mess with someone or enter someone's life that already set in their goals and set with what it is that they want."

Although it's not important to Rome for his next potential partner to have it all together, the HTGAWM star stressed the importance of coming to the table as a whole ass person.

"What I do think is that it's important for you to at least have a vision or understanding about where you want to be before you allow somebody to come in and kind of alter your perception of what that would be." Rome told xoNecole, "'Cause I do think that we do have individual purposes, you know, that sometimes get sidetracked by outside things, well your interests become the interests of the people that you're with."

We've all heard that life is like a box of chocolates, but Rome came through with a message that reminds us that relationships are more like a field of flowers. "Imagine a field of flowers right, and you see one flower growing, they're all different sizes but they've all been planted at the same time. So, some flowers grow further along than other ones. Some of them have a short growing expectancy and they don't grow at all, so it's so difficult to find that flower that grows along with you the same exact way, but that is the complication."

"Really the name of the game in relationships is knowing that there is gonna be a point where, a segway where, a fork in the road where you wanna grow this way and they maybe wanna grow that way," Rome explained. "You have to figure out where the compromise is so that you can both be, you know, fulfilled in a way, but also align with whatever purpose that you feel like you have for yourself."

I-Tried-Beyoncé's-Haircare-Line-CÉCRED-natural-hair-review

Beyoncé is snatching our wallets yet again with her latest business venture CÉCRED. In 2023, the Texas native hinted at a potential haircare line when she posted this photo causing fans to speculate that her next project would be focused on her famous tresses - they were right. Her haircare line Cécred launched on February 20 with her first drop called The Foundation Collection which focuses on haircare first, and I can only assume that a style product line for colored-treated hair will likely follow since Beyoncé is known for slaying various shades of blonde.
