Ashleigh Hardin-Jones, Social Media Manager

Her Favorite Fragrance(s):

"This was hard because I'm a perfume connoisseur. I collect them and especially the bottle so I have a ton of faves from Beyonce Heat to Chanel No 5. But I narrowed it down to 2, one for those on a budget and one for the splurgers: Viktor & Rolf and Jessica Simpson's Fancy."

Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb

What She Loves About It:

"It smells amazing and a little goes a long way!"

What She Could Live Without:

"You're going to have to dig deep in your pockets and gather your coins because it's expensive with a price tag of $140."

Why It's A Signature Scent:

"Call me behind the times but I didn't know about Flower Bomb until Wale put it in a song. When I looked it up I saw the price tag, saved it to my Amazon wish list and that's where it's been sitting for the past 4-5 years. Until now. I finally have it and I'm so in love with the scent. It's perfect for a night out or a night in with bae. I received it as a Christmas gift so if you're on a budget like me, you can add it to your birthday, Valentine's day, or Christmas list (it's never too early)."

On the cheaper end...

Jessica Simpson's Fancy

Why She Loves It:

"I love its lasting scent, that it's under $20, and that it lasts."

What She Could Live Without:

"The rose gold foil on the cap rubs off over time I use it."

Why It's A Signature Scent:

"This perfume released 10 years ago and I fell in love with the sweet smell. It's like Cotton Candy but for grown ass women. It's perfect for everyday wear and I love the design on the bottle and around the neck of the cap."

Bonus: "I got Good Girl by Carolina Herrera recently and it's the cutest bottle, yes, a real heel! And a really nice scent. Price tag on $."

December is about letting go. We end the year with the need for more peace, reflection, and rejuvenation, and that is exactly what December is providing for us. The Sun is in Sagittarius, and anything is possible. This is the month to believe in that and to know that the universe is supporting you. With a Supermoon in Gemini as we begin the month as well, we have an opportunity to gain the closure we have been looking for this year and to wrap up old projects, ideas, and communication breakthroughs.

This is the month to make your peace the priority and let go of trying to control the way the tides are turning. Trust in your new beginning, and give yourself time to prepare for it this month.

Do You Expect Others To Read Your Mind? Here's The Problem With That.

Omniscience. If someone were to offer you $100 right this second for the definition of that word, could you immediately provide it? If you’re not sure, basically omniscience is about being able to know everything — and to those who believe in God, only he is given that honor. For those who believe in Satan? Not even he is omniscient (as much as he would like people to think otherwise).

Sometimes, it might feel that otherwise because some beings and even people are truly masterful when it comes to reading body language, observing patterns, and picking up on cues. Still, no matter how much it might seem like someone can read someone else’s mind, they can’t. It is literally impossible — and I will briefly expound on that in just a moment.
