OMNoire's Virtual Wellness Retreat Will Help You Reconnect With Your Mind, Body & Spirit

Being team #NoSleep is all fun and games until you realize that insomnia isn't something to brag about, issa symptom of anxiety.

Having to balance everything from our careers and finances to our emotional and physical health, life has a tendency to suck the juice out of us and you can only run at 10% for so long. Just like your phone, every now and then you have to reconnect with an energy source to power up again, but between adulting and trying to manage your savings account, it's not exactly ideal to hop on a plane to Mykonos and get in touch with your inner self.

While right now might not be the best time for you to hop on a plane and Eat. Pray. Love. your way to wholeness, Christina Rice and her tribe of wellness warriors have developed a way for you to start your journey from the comfort of your own home.

If you've come to a point where you've been waiting to exhale, the Breathe By OMNoire virtual retreat might be the breath of fresh air you didn't know you needed. Founded only two years ago, OMNoire has hosted a total of six retreats since its inception, and now Christina is bringing this transformative experience to your living room.

For the first time ever, women from around the globe will be able to connect for a six-week virtual wellness retreat led by Black female experts on a mission to help you live the life of your dreams. A well oiled machine needs to run on all four wheels and this members-only online opportunity is your chance to get a major tune-up, sis.

Offering valuable information about meditation, healthy eating, and even online dating, this retreat is meant for women who are ready to get their personal lives all the way together.

During the experience, members will receive a wellness box, discounts to OMNoire's 2020 destination retreats, and have access to a private digital community full of women both locally and abroad who are on the same journey. Along with intimate workshops, attendees will also have the opportunity for live chats and exclusive expertise from Keynote speakers like Healthy Relationships coach, La Shell Wooten, celebrity vegan chef, Chef Anki, and founder of Therapy for Black Girls, Dr. Joy Bradford.

These ladies believe that healing happens from the inside-out, and their goal is to make this retreat a safe space for women of color to discover their version of wellness on their own terms.
