Early last year, I realized I really needed to get a better understanding of myself, my emotions, and my wellness. 2017 was a rough year that was filled with hurt, regret, sadness, and big adjustments. I felt overwhelmed and defeated; I couldn't handle it on my own so I began to seek ways to get me through it. I ended up getting into therapy and realized that aside from that, I needed to add another practice to my wellness routine. I studied and practiced yoga and meditation to create a balance and sense of wellness in my life whenever I felt like I was losing control or even my mind again. While yoga has been inconsistent for me, meditation became one of my go-to's.

After discovering yoga and meditation, I learned about my chakras and how they relate to my mental and physical being. I had no prior knowledge of what chakras were to even know that there were seven different types, and to be honest, I'm still on the journey of learning and implementing. Along the way, I discovered how to feed and be aware of my chakras, as well as balancing them. There are many ways to use the herbs in your daily life. You can fill your home with different herbs, drink tea, and use the oil from each herb in a diffuser and create the vibe you need in your home or office.
