The Guest List

We got to see some of our favorite celebrities lace the scene and make the Royal Wedding their own personal catwalk. The now Dutch and Duchess of Sussex hosted a pretty elite guestlist for their big day that included but was not limited to Priyanka Chopra, Idris Elba, Oprah Winfrey, and Serena Williams.

Mehgan's mother Doria Ragland came through in a dress by Oscar de la Renta.

That Veil Tho

It was reported that Meghan's veil measured nearly 16 feet in length and was complemented beautifully by her "something borrowed" diamond bandeau tiara, originally owned by Queen Mary dating back to 1893. Meghan's immaculent head accessory also had symbolic meaning; Clare Waight Keller was able to fulfill Meghan's request of having all 53 countries of the commonwealth with her during the ceremony by incorporating the distinct floras of each country into one composition woven into Meghan's extravagant veil.

Meghan's Givenchy dress was specially designed by the first female designer of French fashion house, Clare Waight Keller. Meghan said that she chose to work with the trailblazing designer based on her eye for timeless aesthetic and relaxed demeanor and honey, she slayed.

When Harry Saw Meghan

Bite your lip when I'm coming down the aisle so I know it's real. Harry had THE cutest reaction to seeing Meghan come down the aisle and if your future husband doesn't look at you how Harry did when he met Meghan at the altar, throw the whole man away. When he saw his soon-to-be Duchess, he gave her some serious bedroom eyes, bit his lip, and said, "You look amazing." Yasss Prince Harry, you better.

The Cutie with the Cello

Meghan handpicked Sheku Kanneh-Mason, the 19-year-old cellist who stole the show with his perfectly cut fro at the Royal Wedding. Two years ago, he became the first black musician to win BBC's Musician of the Year and gave a brilliant rendition of a some classic ballads, including "Ava Maria."

Let the Church Say, Amen

Not only did the wedding feature a choir that snatched our wigs with conservative yet jazzy versions of "This Little Light of Mine" and "Stand By Me", but there was a black preacher there that preached a word about slavery, unity, and Martin Luther King that made us feel right at home.

The Kiss That Sealed the Deal

The two shared their first kiss as husband and wife outside of St. George's chapel, and while there didn't seem to be any tongue, we're sure it was only because everyone was watching. Nevertheless it was cute af.

Congrats Meghan and Harry! What was your favorite moment from the Royal Wedding?
