Women Hilariously Shooting Their Shot To Go On A Date With Tyler Perry Is All Of Us

“Maybe we can go out on a date.”

Culture & Entertainment

Tyler Perry is a multi-gazillionaire that has so much about life figured out. His brand has evolved from an over-the-top Madea, to a philanthropic juggernaut that makes all the right moves in accordance to his people.

He's also became a family man when in 2014, he welcomed his son, Aman, with Ethiopian model, author and philanthropist Gelila Bekele. He's usually notoriously tight-lipped about his personal life since the birth of his son, but recently, the 51-year old mega-mogul took to social media to share a post-workout selfie that made all our mamas, aunties, and grandmamas swoon in the most hilarious way.

And this isn't the first time, as he not too long ago, posted a pic, sporting a beard and infamous grey shorts, that made us all scratch our heads, like...Madea, is that you?

In his latest thirst trap, the caption read:

"This is what a midlife crisis looks like. I'm 51, single and wondering what the next chapter in my life will look like. Whatever it looks like I'm going to walk with God, be the best father and man I can be, hold my head up high, and try to look my best doing it!! In a world with so much sadness, please try and stay in the good! Merry Christmas and let's look forward to 2021 bringing us peace!"

And chiiiiiile, the ladies certainly did not disappoint as they came out in droves.

One woman jumped things off by getting to the point:

And then, Auntie Kim showed up to give it a try:

Perry has yet to respond to the viral response of his post, but either way, I thank the culture for keeping us entertained at all times.

Ironically enough—considering the way the word begins—the love-hate relationship that we have with menstruation is comparable to the way in which we navigate the world of men. It’s very much “can’t live with it, can’t live without it” vibes when it comes to women and their cycles. But the older I get, the more I learn to hate that time of the month a little less. A lot of my learning to embrace my period has come with learning the fun, interesting, and “witchy” stuff while discovering more natural, in-tune ways of minimizing the pain in my ass (those cramps know no bounds) amongst other places.

SZA is no stranger to discussing her mental health struggles and her experiences with anxiety. In 2021, the “Good Days” singer tweeted about having “debilitating anxiety” that causes her to shield away from the public. Unfortunately, she still has those same struggles today and opened up about it during Community Voices 100th episode for Mental Health Awareness Month. While SZA enjoys making music, she’s not a fan of the spotlight, which may be surprising to many.

It's great to check a few of the tried-and-true popular U.S. and global locales off your travel wish list, but it's even better to add a few other spots that are not quite as overpopulated with tourists. You can create a few unique memories and get those IG moments that don't seem so overdone or cliche while exploring a different part of a country.

For some time now, the Human Design System has been picking up mainstream traction! And like so many other explorative journeys, the concept of Human Design took off via social media. Similar to Astrology, Human Design requires your birth time and date, and it also provides a map of sorts to help you navigate this world with purpose while being uniquely you (and tapping into your purpose). In fact, if you desire, the information can work simultaneously with Astrology.
