This Dress Is Why La La Anthony Won The Carpet At the "Chi-raq" Premiere

La La took home the gold for best orange carpet fashion after wearing the hell out of a sequined Tom Ford dress at the Chi-raq premiere.

It was bright lights in the big city last night as Spike Lee held the premiere of his new film Chi-raq at Manhattan’s Ziegfeld Theater.

Despite the controversy and criticism that has surrounded the film, the orange carpet (orange for anti-gun violence) was lit and brought out some star power that included Wesley Snipes, Nick Cannon, A$AP Ferg, La La Anthony, Teyonnah Parris and Spike Lee.

La La took home the gold [pun intended] for best orange carpet fashion, after wearing the hell out of a sequined, Tom Ford tulle dress.

If you're thinking that you need this dress in your life, it'll set you back almost $7,000. Or you can get this Ralph Lauren alternative for $240.

Lala's supportive husband Carmelo was the perfect accessory in a blue tailored suit. They look so fab together!

Other fashionable highlights from the night included breakout actresses Michelle Mitchenor and Teyonah Parris!

Michelle, who plays Indigo, hit the orange carpet wearing a sexy black, floor length gown. Talk about #BoobEnvy.

Teyonah Parris was dazzling in her Marchesa dress with her goddess braids updo.  In the film, Teyonah plays the girlfriend of a gang leader (Nick Cannon) who persuades other frustrated women to abstain from sex until their men agree to end the senseless cycle of violence in Chicago.

The film will have a limited run in theaters starting December 4, and a streaming release on Amazon will follow.
