Willow Smith seems to have been here before. In another life.
She's way ahead of most 13-year-olds, not to mention uber talented!
Last night, the Smith youngin' dropped a new track called "8" which will be featured on DJ Kitty Cash's new Love The Free II mixtape. On the new song, Willow uses her soft and ethereal vocals to croon thought-provoking lyrics over a simple and mellow beat. It makes you want to zone out and think about life a little.
Take the money, take the fame
All I want is truth
You talk the language, play the games
Act as they want to
Look at you, look at you
Who are you, who are you
You walk the streets endlessly
The density is rain
The thoughts of things just cause you pain
And don’t make you more pretty
What to do, woe is you
What to do, who are you
So why "8"? Willow says she's been into numerology a lot lately.
I’ve been really into numerology lately because a lot of numbers have been following me and my friends. I’ve been coming into this new phase in my life, just becoming one with all that is, going deeper into myself and getting to the goal of my music, which is to share that feeling and pass on knowledge so that consciousness can be raised on this planet.
She's how old again??
Get into the track below:
FYI: In numerology, the number 8 is said to balance the material and immaterial worlds.
People with a Life Path number 8 do not feel safe unless they have found a way to establish financial security. Eight represents authority, material wealth, ambition, and caution. A person with the number 8 in their chart will work diligently to achieve their goals. They thrive on hard work, and more than any other Life Path number are prone to becoming a workaholic. They are very good with money and their work ethic makes it possible for them to acquire wealth. This pursuit of materialistic gains can hold some pitfalls for them, including a tendency to become unscrupulous in their efforts to make money, or neglect of their family and loved ones while working to earn money.
Because you consider status very important you may be tempted to live above your means.
How many people just asked, "Am I an 8?" Ha!
Are you feeling the new track?
