Who has Gilbert Arenas pissed off?
Apparently, Black on Black crime and Al Sharpton!
With everything surrounding the murder of Michael Brown, the unarmed 18-year-old who was gunned down by Missouri police over the weekend, the former NBA player is speaking out against riots that broke out shortly after the shooting. And Al Sharpton is getting the brunt of it all.
Taking to his Instagram earlier today, Gilbert vented his frustration over the rioters in Ferguson while stating that the racism fight has always been Black vs. Black and not White vs. Black because Blacks are the ones robbing, stealing and burning things down in our OWN neighborhoods whenever there's an injustice in the community.
I would like to start off by saying too the family of the victim GOD BLESS#RIPmichealbrown you will be missed: too EVERY African American out there..how dumb are we really???every time we hear some bad news, the first thing we do is #RIOT #ROB #STEAL #BURN sh-t in our OWN neighborhoods..this racism fight has never been #blackvswhite, it's ALWAYS been #blackvsblack from what the stats.. About 10 riots from the black community over the years and the only thing damaged ,was the BLACK COMMUNITY by The BLACK COMMUNITY..only reason they issue riot police isssss just in case you actually got smart enough to walk 6 blocks ,YALL ain't f-cking up white rich sh-t smdh
The former NBA star went on to criticize Reverend Al Sharpton who he claims hasn't helped one cause he's protested for and only makes things worse.
FAMILiES of the victims pleaseeeeee stop asking #alsharpton to speak or ur behalf, you have a better chance having #caesar the monkey from #planetoftheapes to get justice for you..the stats also show AL coon sharpton has not helped one situation he has protested at,he actually made it worst and because of him the jury goes the other way..(think about it) Jena six, trayvon and the list goes back way back..#AL ur like a #THOT in the club, lookn for attention what u said at trayvons rally #enoughisenough ur right were tired of u PRETENDING
It's not just Gilbert Arenas who has a lot to say about Al Sharpton these days. Yesterday, The Wall Street Journal questioned Al Sharpton's agenda after he flew to St. Louis instead of Chicago. According to their report, there were 26 murders in Chi-town over the weekend, including a 16-year-old.
It doesn't stop there. Al was also heckled during his visit to St. Louis. While leaving a press conference with Mike Brown's parents, he was pressed by a reporter about his alleged federal informant past with the FBI.
Reporter: Sir, the term “Snitches Get Snitches” was spray painted on the burned out QuikTrip. Since you are a federal snitch, sir, do you fear for your life?
Al Sharpton: I’m not a snitch. (Not true) But today I want to tell the feds about a cop that needs to go to jail.
Reporter: Are you in fear for your life being a federal informant and…
Sharpton: I want to inform on this policeman today.
Reporter: Are you here to snitch on the rioters?… Are you here to work with your FBI partners?
Sharpton: (no response)
Tensions are definitely very high, and we can only hope that justice is served. In the meantime, where are the solutions?
At this point, Al Sharpton seems to be one of the only public figures who consistently speaks out every time there is an issue involving racism in our community, as well as organizes rallies so that the voices of the victims' families can be heard.
By the way, most people will ask, "What has Gilbert done for his community?" He had a response to that:
