Meet Coletrane Williams.

Coletrane Williams is a multi-talented musician and actor hailing from Savannah, GA. On the Qualities He Looks for in a Woman...

"A woman who is passionate towards herself and her goals. I guess that quality could be called ambition. I want to be with someone fun and trustworthy so that I'm comfortable. I would also want to be with someone adventurous because life is nothing but discovery."

On His Ideal Date...

"I feel the best dates for me aren't planned — so I'm all about spontaneous trips to the beach at midnight. This way we can listen to music and talk about our goals."

On What His Last Serious Relationship Taught Him...

"Man, oh, man. Overall, I want to say it taught me resilience. I also learned that love can be shared mutually and still be misunderstood. That there can still be different weights to the meaning of reasons as to why each person is in love."

 On Major Relationship Deal-Breakers...

"Trust and loyalty."

On the Hardest Part About Dating in this Day and Age...

"I don't think it's any harder to date now than then. I feel like a lot of people are looking for love, allowing yourself to be open to it is the key."

On Making His Woman Feel Special...

"I think it depends on the woman you're trying to make feel special, but in general, listen to her and focus on maintaining a balance. For example, if she cooks, then I'll clean. But if it's a special occasion, then I'll write something for her or just try to show her where she stands in my life."

On The First Thing He Notices About a Woman...

"It depends on the woman's fly! But honestly, it's energy over everything. If I don't feel her, it won't matter how bad she is."

On His Relationship Status...

"I'm single."

Black women emcees have been an essential part of sculpting hip-hop music since the late '70s. The genre has grown from the streets of New York City to becoming one of the world's most influential in the world. Though hip-hop is still a very male-dominated industry, women have made their way of snatching the sound and owning their place in the industry.

While tea is the kind of drink that those of us who are tea lovers typically consume all throughout the year, I'm pretty sure I'm not alone when I say that there is nothing like looking out of the window on a chilly day while it's raining, curling up under a favorite throw blanket and sipping on a warm cup of herbal tea while reading a book or watching a favorite throwback movie. What's so dope about herbal tea is, aside from it tasting pretty good (especially when it's got some honey and/or lemon in it) is all of the health benefits that it provides. Herbal tea is proven to boost your immunity, de-stress you, fight off free radicals and viruses, improve your digestive system, fight inflammation and oh so much more.
