xoNecole's Best Dressed Picks From The 2019 Billboard Music Awards

What happens in Vegas isn't staying in Vegas tonight as Hollywood's brightest stars gather for a major night in music. This year marks the 29th year for Billboard Music Awards ceremony and we are so excited to see the culture represented more and more every year.

We can always count on the BBMA's to bring out the music industry's best and brightest. This show is quite unique in that is based on artists' performance on the Billboard charts and some would say that it is the "ultimate authority" in music. It's also where all types of cultures collide; pop culture being the biggest influence.

I love a good bop but I live for fashion. Check out some of our favorite looks from this major night!

Draya Michele

Losing him is still the worst pain I've ever felt in my life.
